• All our Products are fulfilled Globally, which can take 2-5 business days to fulfill your entire Order.
• Orders with multiple Products can be fulfilled at different warehouse locations globally and therefore shipped separately.
• Shipping rates for Orders less then $150 are calculated live during checkout based on your location and the type of Products you Order.

Special Note for Canadian Customers: -

• Our team works around the clock and puts their best effort to ensure all Orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Paid but there can be times when we can't and therefore, you will be charged for Customs upon receiving your Order.

Return Details: -

• If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days after your order is delivered, no questions asked.
• To initiate your return process just go to our RETURN PORTAL under MANAGE ORDERS.
• We do not accept products that have been kept for more than 14 days or that have been used. Fitting issues are obviously ok.
• All sales are final item, no returns.
• We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Therefore, you will have to ship your products back to us at your expense. Our warehouses are available in Canada & US, hopefully the cost will be limited.
• Warehouse address is included on the order slip that you receive in your package. Once you have decided to return, please go to our RETURN PORTAL online and initiate your return.
• Once your return arrives to one of our warehouses we will initiate your refund or exchange for free depending on what you requested.
